Worse experience ever. Stay away from this company! They don’t provide anything for customers and they don’t prvide any Positive: The location is decent. Negative: The company running this business don’t care about customers. But they care so much about the money they take from customers. The AC was not working well the first night and the second day it broke down completely at 50 degree Celsius in Abu Dhabi. They sent a technician later in the evening and they couldn’t fix it and they said they will come the next day, we keep contacting the company for solution and they said they will send us a portable AC, which also didn’t happen, they did not send us anything and we keep leaving the house going to malls and restaurants to stay off the heat until 5am and then we left and they didn’t do anything to help or to fix the issue. We asked them to refund for us at least the one night that we suffered and it was their fault but they refused to refund the amount and said they will give us only 25% of that night!!!!! Very unhelpful, unfriendly, using customers for their gains without giving them their rights. Overall one of the worst experiences and the worse holiday home companies I’ve dealt with!!!
