Great stay Positive: It was close to the attractions at Yas island Supermarket and cafes near the complex 3 large room and one smaller room with a double bed and small bathroom ( we booked the 4 bedrooms ) The team were quick to assist and help if anything was required The apartment we stayed in was equipped with a lot of what you may need like the kitchen was stocked with cooking gear , they kept 4 large bottles of water for us , cleaning products , baby cot and high chair etc which was very thoughtful Negative: I feel the tv room was a little smaller the the photos however we 7 people managed There is 1 bathroom attached to the master room There 1 bathroom for the 2 other rooms that have double beds each There is 1 small toilet attached to the 4th room that has no window which is like the maids room I wasn’t aware it would have no window and smaller toilet

Nice time in Yas Positive: The place is very easy to access and is located in an excellent area on Yas Island. The location is extremely convenient, with many of Yas Island’s main attractions nearby, including SeaWorld, Ferrari World, Yas Mall, and several other entertainment destinations. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well arranged. It is comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has a good selection of utensils and essentials. The self check-in and check-out process was also extremely easy and convenient. Another great advantage is that the apartment comes with two dedicated underground parking spaces, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, the excellent location, spacious apartment, convenient parking, well-equipped kitchen, and smooth check-in and check-out process were definitely the highlights of our stay. Negative: While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. The apartment we stayed in, Apartment 23, is located quite far from the elevators, almost at the end of the corridor. It requires a fairly long walk to reach the lift, which can be inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The bedding was the main concern for us. Although it appeared to have been washed, the bed sheets, pillows, duvets, and other bedding felt heavily used and quite worn. Some of the fabric had developed the rough, pilled texture that comes with extensive use. For accommodation of this standard, I believe bedding should be replaced regularly rather than simply cleaned and reused until it becomes noticeably worn. Had I known beforehand, I would probably have preferred to bring our own bedding. Renewing the sheets, pillows, and duvets would make a significant difference to the overall comfort and impression of cleanliness. We also experienced an issue with the access card. For some reason, it did not open the parking entrance. Each time we arrived, we had to press the intercom button, provide the apartment number and accommodation details, and ask for the gate to be opened manually. I am not sure whether there was a problem with our card or whether there was a specific procedure we were unaware of, but this should ideally be checked and explained to guests upon arrival. There are also a few areas inside the apartment that would benefit from some maintenance and a thorough deep cleaning. For example, there are sections of paint on some walls that appear to be bubbling or affected by moisture. These are relatively minor issues, but addressing them would considerably improve the overall condition and appearance of the apartment. Another point is the price. In my opinion, the current rate is quite high for an apartment of this type. Considering some of the points mentioned above, I believe the pricing could be reviewed to provide better overall value for guests.
